Jerry Nasello can't go for a beach walk. But he enjoys beach rides just as much.

A few years after being diagnosed with ALS and was confined to a wheelchair, he still wanted to be out on the sand. So, he created the Beach Power Chair. Nasello says a national company created a new, similar chair which sells for thousands of dollars. He re-invented the product, using recycled wheelchair parts and now rents them to anyone for $40 per day, or $105 for three days.

He has an inspirational story and a big heart.

Chance Blaker (in Foley, AL) built and engineered these chairs. Jerry has now illegally taken the chairs by voiding his contract and not fulfilling his contractual obligations. What was once supposed to be a partnership between Jerry Nasello and Chance Blaker is now a corporation between Jerry and his prior caregiver, thus cutting Mr. Blaker out of the equation. Further more, Mr. Nasello has taken the design to a fabrication shop to “RIP OFF” Mr. Blaker’s patented work for his gain.  People in Foley and Gulf Shores know the truth, please dig a little deeper WKRG and expose the man that hides behind a terrible disease and hurts others?
