A Theodore man either tried to rob the wrong people, or too many of them at the same time.

According to Mobile police, shortly after midnight Tuesday, Joshua McQueen went to the Inn Town Suites Apartments, an extended stay hotel near Government and I-10 in Tillmans Corner. He knocked on the door of a hotel room. When the guests answered, McQueen forced his way into the room, armed with a gun and demanded money from all three guests.

The victims refused and managed to subdue McQueen, called 911 and held him there until police arrived.

McQueen was transported to Mobile Infirmary West to be treated for cuts and bruises he suffered during the failed robbery attempt. He was then transferred to Metro Jail and booked on robbery charges.

Hopefully this ordeal will enlighten this young man that having a career as robber does not visually suit him.

This is one time I can’t be more positive.  I am glad that they got the best of him.  Maybe the next time he will think twice about trying to rob someone. The court may end up letting him go for some stupid reason but it appears that he had a tiger by the tail at some point.

LOL!  Look at that black eye.  What an idiot.

Demanded money from all three guests, after the door was answered.  Which one of the three guests had he already spent some private time with?  Poor, alleged victims…

Is this where they are making crack now that the former meth lab/hotel room in Bayou La Batre is already under constant surveillance?  Here’s hoping that such similar news stories do not travel closer to Mobile as a result, but only the opposite if you know what I mean.

A little reminder of what you learn from this;  to not drop the soap, what a pack of smokes is really worth and people talk ugly about you for the ugly thing you did.

a little reminder for the people that are leaving these horrible comments that doesn’t know josh.
he might have been in the wrong but that is a mistake that he made that he will learn from and never make the same mistake again!!
I love this boy and i could never see him trying to hurt someone he just got mixed up in the wrong crowd of people!
and he is not ugly in no kind of way cant you see his face is pretty messed up so you wouldn’t know:/

-Peaceee!!!

Dang! He could make an onion cry! LMFAOOOOO

Ah. There will still be the not so bright ones that keep attempting to try and take what other people worked hard for. These criminals need to wise up. Money is tight for everyone. So most likely you will not be able to get more than a couple tens and a twenty off of mugging someone. I guess when people are having with drawls they do not care how little they get. At the time what they are doing seems logical. As for your comment garey, he probably came from a shed of not so sharp tools either.

Maybe the message is becoming clear not to mess with folks in Tillman’s Corner.  The bad guy rarely makes it out…

Talk about “beat with an ugly stick”? This dude must’ve got chased through the forest!!! LMFAOOOOOOO
