Mobile Police are investigating a homicide. It happened last night at about 10:30 in the 2900 block of Josephine Street.Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim identified as Terrance Clark (33) with multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Clark was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Detectives with the Mobile Police Department Homicide Unit responded to the scene to conduct the investigation. Investigation revealed that a suspect identified as Booker Johnson (31) shot Clark multiple times following a verbal altercation.
Johnson surrendered himself to authorities at Mobile County Metro Jail. He was transported to police headquarters and interviewed. Following the interview Johnson was formally charged with Murder and transported back to Mobile County Metro Jail.
