MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - A homeless teen is behind bars charged inThursday's armed robbery of a Mobile bank.
Police arrested 17-year-old Joseph Murphy and charged him with
first-degree robbery for a hold up at Compass Bank on Dauphin
Island Parkway.
No one was hurt.
The robbery happened about 10:30 a.m. Murphy was taken into
custody about an hour later.
He was placed in Metro Jail without bond. Jail records listed
Murphy as homeless.
