Nah, I think they will just substantiate times and places with the 9 inmates.  It was probably morally right for some of them to question the judges behavior, but not sure it would be criminal if they didn’t.  Unless, of course, any of them were in that room.

is it a common practice for a judge to check out inmates in the first place? anybody in the court system using a paddle? how many sexual complants have been filed againt anybody the last 4 years that set the bench?

So do you think we will see som eMetro employees and some other courthouse employees going down for this? (no pun intended)

All those people in govt plaza and at metro jail that knew this judge was checking these inmates out of jail for no good reason also carry a little weight in all of this.

Plus, how many tough jail guys want the world to know they were getting spanked like babies and then forced to give the judge oral gratification, if there is no truth in it?  Geezzzzzz

personal business??  he should have kept his personal business in his pants while he was at work. “innocent until proven guilty”??? in a court of law. this is not court, but he will be in court soon. lets see what happens.  Anyone with half a sense of mind????  anyone with any sense knows where there is smoke there is fire, and this is burning to the ground.

logic, have you seen the other story where inmates dna was found on the carpet in thomas’ old office?  I think the story is getting pretty clear there was some strange goings on in the courthouse.  I also beleive tyson would never have started this mess if he did not truly beleive he had a leg to stand on.

The 57 count indictment is a matter of public record and that is what people are discussing.

I usually don’t engage in chats about the personal lives of others.  However, I felt the need to send a reminder to those with opinions, that an accused is “innocent until proven guilty.”  That’s our legal system, whether we like it or not.  To air Judge Thomas’ personal business, as such, in my opinion, is a violation to him as a citizen.
For those who have already convicted this man, I have two questions for you to marinate on: 
(1) If you trust the words of those inmates so much to destroy a man who have achieved milestones far and above most common people, will you trust those same inmates in your home around your family?
(2) Why did it take so long to find “white” semen on the carpet?  Anyone with half a sense of mind can see that the semen was planted by someone with an invested interest.  Sounds like a conjugal visit to me AND it wasn’t with Judge Thomas.  Besides, what rap victims ejaculate?

I saw Tyson’s face and heard Thomas’ voice.  What’s the significance of that?
