MOBILE, Alabama - Our Pet of the Week comes from the Mobile SPCA. He is a seven month old mixed breed named Buttercup. He is mild-mannered, but loves to play. He is in a foster home and is already crate-trained.

If you are interested in adopting Buttercup, the Mobile SPCA is located at 620 Zeigler Circle. For more information, call (251)633-3531.

The Mobile SPCA is holding a fundraiser next Thursday, October 22nd, to raise money to build a fence around the playyard at the SPCA. It's at the Rivershack on Dog River at 5:30PM. The cost is $10 for a dinner plate.
