MOBILE, Alabama - Here are some tips for Halloween Safety:Carry a flashlight with you at all times.
Wear reflective clothing that does not restrict vision, impair mobility or could become snagged or cause the individual to fall. Make sure children can see and breathe properly through facial masks.
Only Trick or Treat in familiar neighborhoods.
Bypass houses that are dark or not decorated.
Children should stay in groups and have an adult or responsible older child with them at all times. The adult/older child should accompany younger kids to the door of every house.
Children should not enter any home without permission from the adult/older child.
Motorists should be extra careful while navigating area roads. Be on the lookout for little kids in the road at all times.
Adults of legal age should have a designated driver if they plan on consuming alcohol.
Always inspect the candy before you eat it.
Most of all, have fun and be safe!
