From balloon animals to bubbles, children jumped in the stylist chairs at The Smilz'n Stlyz to raise money for other children.
Smilz'n Stylz is a children's hair salon on Mobile's Hillcrest road.
Proceeds from today's hair cutting frenzy go to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home.
Carolyn Anastasio says, "All money raised is going to go to their recreation fund so they can you know, like go skating, go to the movies, lots of things we take for granted they don't get to do".
The goal for today's hair-cut-athon was 500 dollars.
Smilz'n Stylz plans to make this an annual event.
