Grilling Safely On The Gulf Coast

The folks at home depot in Daphne offer these safety tips: always read your instruction manual and have proper heat protection tools. Grills can be hazardous if not used correctly.

“They need to know that they need to be in a well ventilated area and have all the right equipment and to make sure that the kids stay away from the grill,” says Sales Associate Kerry Roberts. If you have a charcoal grill, Roberts says let the lighter fluid sit on the coals before you set fire to them. She also says; make sure your grill is running properly before using it.
