Gas Prices Falling

Alabama Birmingham Could drop below $1.50 a gallon.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Gas prices in Birmingham continue to
fall, dropping to $1.55 a gallon, the cheapest price since 2004.
Friday was the 79th day in Alabama and across the U.S. that gas
prices declined. The state average was $1.71 a gallon, well off the
record high of $4.05 a gallon on Sept. 16.
Clay Ingram of AAA-Alabama said the last time gas was priced as
low as it is now was on April 19, 2004.
Ingram said prices could get below $1.50 by Christmas, but it
most likely will happen in early January.
He said, "Based on what crude oil futures and wholesale
gasoline futures have been doing this week, I would say that it is
a very realistic possibility. We will almost certainly see more
decreases in the coming weeks, and having prices below $1.50 could
easily happen."

We don’t pay nearly the true cost of fuel. It may have taxes on it but we are subsidizing it with our taxes, too.

Wait a few weeks and buy up copper if you need to re-wire or plumb. It’s about to bottom out as well.

Yeah, and I look for these prices to rise again if they send out stimulous checks! The U.S. will get there money back either way…
