MOBILE, Alabama - A Mobile man turns his house into the wild wild west when he ends a card game by shooting another player and then taking his money.

Accoring to police Kendrick Gaillard felt "disrespected," so he went to his bedroom, grabbed a gun, came back and shot one of the other players in the leg. Gaillard then demanded his money.

Bloody and broke, the victim drove himself to USA Medical Center where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Gaillard was arrested and charged with robbery and assault.

Now come on WAIT4ME, you know all these fine folks, who are falsely imprisoned are upstanding citizens, and totally legally own their guns. Not a stolen one at all. And if it was,it was a plant. Their drugs are also totally legal, and if there not, they were set-up. Now don’t be blaming “the man.” He was pro-tectin his property-that money he lost with his gambling-but it wasn’t illegal,or nothing. Why talk, when bullets speak so much louder and better than words? Do ya feel me main????

Does it matter?  My beliefs are not constrained to a skin color.  I just can’t understand why someone would believe that gun shows lead to violence, as stated by butfly, or whatever the name was.  Owning a gun (legally) does not necessarily lead to eventual violence in my opinion.  Having a mentality that being “disrespected” means I need to shoot people, now that is absolute craziness.  We read about it everyday, see it on the TV and hear it on the radio where a child, teen, or young person has committed a violent crime against another all for some insignificant reason such as being disrespected, type of clothes, neighborhood, or just because of envy, greed, or stupidity.  And these “kids” learn from their parents, family members, and other adults in the area.  Now this guy has shown kids that being disrespected is not acceptable and you need to shoot people.  Real hero in the neighborhood to all the young minds, he is.  I know his family will reply with some lame excuse for his actions, but if you have to make excuses for an action that usually means you should have never done it in the first place.

Well..are you? = )

jchandlr your comment below, asks if Im white.  That is what I was refering to…

jchndlr Says: Thu, Oct 08, 2009 at 8:56 pm Did you mean to say 2%?  Why not just get it out there instead of suggesting 2/10th’s of a percent as you just did?  0.2 % means 2/10th’s of a percents.  Are you white by chance?

Maybe you should take that subject up where it left off, with the one who made the comment about gun shows at temples.  This is just supposed to be a friendly card game.  I don’t own (or care to), any guns or knives.  I don’t understand the racist comment on your end, not that I would be ashamed to admit if I had deserved that comment on your end.  Thanks.

jchndlr, what does skin color have to do with percentage of LEGAL/LAW ABIDING gun owners commiting violent crimes?  .2 or 2% either way, the comment about gun shows at the Temple was from an individual with no knowledge of gun laws or statistics about gun owners, just someone that wanted to spout off about a subject in which they have no knowledge.

to the person whom said dont let me fool you.i dont have to lie my brother is home where he belong and for all of you whom dont know what the hell you yalking about home is where he"ll be.not during a day in jail cause all this were some b.s.yall believing the media ¬ knowing what happen

So now it’s coming out…the facts that is.  Appears he lost the card game- felt “dissed” as the thugs term it and shot the dude and stole the money back so yeah… I would have charged him with Robbery and Assault Second at best…wonder what the arresting officer was thinking there but at least this nut job is temporarily off the street and will have a record and get some time.

Is he charged with attempted murder? He should be, any one who pulls a gun must be tring to kill some one.He must not have learned to play well with others in school. Probably his defense. He had a bad childhood.Cause they always have to blame someone for their own mistakes, and never take responsibility for themselve.

don’t let mrsc35 fool you.  As of 5 minutes ago, 12:46am, this disrespected gunslinger is still a guest of the Mobile County Jail as per the Mobile County Sheriff website.

It is what it is.
