Marc Schrenker seemed to have two sides.
That's the word from a man who knows the Indiana pilot that authorities believe parachuted out of his plane before it crashed this past weekend in Milton, Florida.
Tom Britt is an acquaintance of Schrenker's.
He said Schrenker has a split personality.
Britt said, "They (people) would see a good side to him, but then he would just flip a switch, blow a fuse. He would go crazy over something that would be insignificant to others but, to him, it was something big."
Schrenker lives in a home in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
A reporter knocked on the door of the home Monday but was told the family would have no comment.
Broadcast reports out of Indianapolis said Schrenker runs an investment firm in the area and is under investigation by the state for fraud.
The reports said investigators raided his office one day after documents show Schrenker's wife filed for divorce.
Police also have surveillance video of Schrenker taken outside a motel in Harpersville, Alabama.
They said Schrenker later disappeared into nearby woods.
