MOBILE, Alabama - Let's start off with ways to save money. Frances Chancery knows all about finding a good deal and things for free.She runs the website www.frugalfairhope.com.
Tonight, she's holding a free coupon brain storming workshop at Bel Air Mall in Mobile starting at seven.
According to Frances, folks will have the chance to learn a lot about finding deals and coupons from their favorite stores.
More workshops are coming up in the next few weeks. She'll be at The Fairhope Library December 3rd.
How about a free picture with Santa? You can go see Santa Claus at The Bass Pro Shop in Spanish Fort.
He's available every day until Christmas Eve.
On the weekends, children will be able to make christmas crafts. This weekend they can make reindeer cone ornaments.
Craft time starts at noon and runs four hours..
Pottery Barn wants to help make your holiday decorations better than ever. The store at The Eastern Shore Centre in Malbis is offering a free decorating class.
You have to call and reserve your spot. The class is Sunday, November 29th at ten in the morning.
This weekend, your little elves can make some victorian ornaments at The Mobile Public Library on Sunday.
The fun is geared toward children six years and up..
The workshop will be held at The Main Library in Downtown Mobile from two until four. Registration is encouraged.
On Saturday, December 12th, your kids can learn how to make gingerbread houses at the main library. The workshop will start at ten in the morning and wrap up around noon. Children will also be able to hear stories and sing songs.
Space is limited, so registration is required for this free event..
