
accused of killing the captain of the fishing boat they were on
about 18 miles off Louisiana's coast.
David W. Welker, the FBI's special agent in charge, says Thomas
J. Poole the Fourth of Foley was booked with second-degree murder
in the death of 53-year-old Michael G. Holman of Bon Secour.
The alleged crime happened early Wednesday on the fishing
vessel, Miss Sharlott. Holman was the captain of the vessel.
Plaquemines Parish Coroner's investigator Scott Polk says Holman
had visible trauma on his body and apparently got into a fight on
the boat.
