Boil Water Advisory Lifted

Alabama Fairhope  The City of Fairhope had warned residents who live north of Parker Road to boil their water. It was unsafe to drink because of a water main break.

The City of Fairhope Water and Sewer Superintendent has lifted the boil water advisory.

Monday 2:26 p.m.
The City of Fairhope is warning residents who live north of Parker Road to boil their water.

Two water main breaks at Highway 98 and South Drive have made the water unsafe to drink.

The areas under the boil water advisory include Montrose Woods, Rock Creek and Sandy Ford.
