BREAKING NEWSThe capital murder trial of Eric Buzbee is underway. Buzbee is accused of killing popular Spanish Fort business owner Bobby Wilson on August 11, 2007.
Wilson was beaten and robbed at his Texaco Service Station on Highway 31. He died December 28th from his injuries.
The prosecution concluded it's opening statements at 9:40 a.m. During his opening statements, Buzbee's defense attorney John Beck said there is no evidence that proves his client killed Wilson.
