Drowning Victim Identified

Alabama Louisiana  Monday drowning prompted double red flag warnings that closed Orange Beach to public swimming.

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (AP) - The body of a 50-year-old Louisiana
man has been recovered at Orange Beach.
Police in the southwest Alabama community said Ivan Linus
Garzotto of Lafayette apparently drowned in heavy surf generated by
Tropical Storm Edouard Monday afternoon.
Baldwin County Coroner Jim Small said Garzotto could not be
revived when family members pulled him from the Gulf. He said the
victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
