Double Murder Suspect Denied Bond

Alabama Mobile  Derrick Penn is accused of killing his estranged wife and her boyfriend.

A Mobile judge denied bond for double murder suspect Derrick Penn.

Penn is accused of killing his estranged wife, Janet, and her boyfriend, Demetrius Powe. The couple was found gunned down in an apartment on Eagle Drive early Wednesday morning.

Police say Derrick Penn was trying to escape out the back when they arrived.
