A West Mobile doctor's office has had to double it's staff because of the number of patients they're seeing with the H1N1 Swine Flu. One doctor we spoke with at Greater Mobile Urgent Care on Schillinger Road says they've been packed and they're asking people to be patient because of longer wait times. Doctor Darren Waters says he's surprised by the number of cases they're seeing and the time of year they're seeing them, "what makes this one, to me, much more different than regular Influenza is, 1, it's happening in August. You almost never see flu in August and that's a big one. And, 2, it's a new strand. The H1N1 strand were not used to, nobody has resistance, nobody has antibodies built up, so, it basically, you get infected with it, you get sick and nobody has any immunity to it, so, that's why it's spreading so rapidly amongst the community," said Waters. The goal waiting time at Greater Mobile Urgent Care was 20 minutes. Now, we're told patients can expect to wait up to 2 hours.
