A big scare on Old Shell Road. A spokesman with the Grove Apartments says a man was digging a ditch when it collapased. The man was buried up to his waist. Emergency workers had to dig him out. Steve Huffman with the Mobile Fire Department says situations like this are very serious because of the pressure of the dirt. When the pressure is suddenly released, the victim could possibly have a heart attack. No names have been released, but the man is in stable condition. We'll have more in this story later today on News 5.
