I see Jessica Taloney over there tweeting.  I think she could have volunteered to go sit in that courtroom on her days off!  What could be more entertaining than hearing drop ‘em, bend over, spank, spank, spank over and over for 6 hours a day?

freedomtofascismcom - You are obviously not following this trial.  The DNA was semen from two of the accusers found on the carpet of the secret office they described in their testimony.

It is more important the source from which the DNA came and if it is the victims, spanky’s , or both, again and sources from which the DNA was extracted. To have spanky’s DNA there, not unusual, to have something like some skin cells hair ,maybe spittle even , not an issue. To have anything else be the source of the DNA just would not look to good for spanky. I wonder if any of those who looked away and silently said it is ok will be charged as accessory after the fact?

Nothing about Herman Thomas is stupid.  Crazy maybe, but not stupid.  He played this situation like a fiddle.  Even begged them to do an ethics investigation. 

But, I think his arrogance may be his undoing.

If done right DNA doesn’t lie. This would verify the victims being at scene of the crime. This is so wrong. Being in the care , custody and control of the court only to be beaten , which is not part of any sentence, molested by an officer (The officer) of the court? The citizenry should form an accountability watchdog group , an oversight committee that has administrative ,as well as, power to compel performance and hold criminal liabilities against court officials. Elected , or not. It is time people took their power back. I wonder what amount of life will be required before we say enough. How will we come to ever again be able to understand ,to remember freedom.A free people are able to do what they want so long as one does not cause loss , or harm to another. Do we have this here completely? No , so we are not free.Not free when we are forced to bare our bodies for the judges. Not free.When he says do this and I will reduce your sentence. Not free, when a man has authority over you and can take your liberty away.Not free when you see all the backing by subordinates in the system allowing for it to quietly go on,silently aquiessing approval for this behavior. Doesn’t really matter till it becomes your freedom that’s taken. For one moment place yourself in the position of any of these victims…the utter helplessness of that situation, the judge , in thier minds,everyones mind,is that he is the boss so no help none

Bob, Hemie knows the law like almost no one else in town.  How many times has he worked a case that hinges on DNA?  He probably wasn’t stupid enough to let his DNA get on anything.  I’d be suprised if the letters from him were handwritten or had his fingerprints anywhere on them.  But that’d be awfully helpful, huh?  In some ways, he was a mastermind.  In others, he almost seemed to flaunt his crimes right in front of everybody.  He just knew what behavior to avoid to make an unquestionable case against him. 

It’s often said that law enforcement agents and/or legal professionals make the best criminals. They know what they’re doing.

I think Jessica said she was taking a few days off and would be back Monday.

Rest assurred , the criminal mind operates in repeating what is , and has been succesful in past crimes of similar nature. In other words success brings on repeated attempts that are set up the exact same way everytime. If the witnesses are able to testify as to methods and words that were used and the state can link those in the mind of the jury as being method and motive then Spanky is in big trouble. Does anyone know if this is grand jury, or advisory?

Today’s tweets are a lot less frequent. I vote that they put Jessica back in the courtroom.
