
The alleged victim described the paddling saying, "I can only tell you that it hurt." He also testified that Thomas dropped the charge of firing into an occupied vehicle after their sexual encounter.
During cross examination, Thomas' attorney, "Cowboy" Bob Clark, asked the accuser if his attorney, Joe Kulakowski, offered him money in exchange for his testimony. The accuser replied, "no."
The 6th accuser then took the stand and described a meeting he had with Judge Thomas in the judge's chambers. He says Thomas told him that he's been bad and needed a whopping. The accuser says Thomas then told him to pull down his pants and his boxers "like you came into this world."
The jury took a break for lunch and will be back at 12:45 p.m.
