CSI: Fairhope, New Top Cop Takes Over Wednesday

Alabama Police Chief  Former CSI Miami captain Bill Press will be sworn in as police chief at 8:00 a.m.

Fairhope's new police chief will be sworn in Wednesday morning.

Bill Press was hired June 22. He retired from the Miami Dade Police Department earlier this year. Press was a member of the department's Crime Scene Investigation unit. He also did some consulting work for the CBS hit show CSI: Miami.

Press replaces Chief Mike Comalander who resigned in January. Terry Sanders has served as interim chief.
