Actually my problem was with customer service, i was calling customer service, tech support would be if i couldnt connect to the internet or was having a problem that tech support could talk me through, but calling customer service to ask about their SERVICE is what they are there for, maybe they should know about the service before answering the phone.

Hey these people are our neighbors, our Aunts, Mothers, Sisters, take it easy.  Customer Service and Tech Support are two different things.  Sounds like your the ones getting confused.  You need to be thank it isn’t you without a job while your picking on someone else trying to make a living and have just lost their lively hood.

In fact instead of being so rude why don’t you post job openings for people who want to work.  Obviously these people wanted to work.

the wife—that’s why they’re moving, they know it’s you calling!! lol

I laughed when I heard that they were going to improve customer service. If they even answer the telephone, that will be an improvement.

Now instead of days to get service, it will be weeks, It boils down to increasing profit and sticking it to the Public, Community, and their employee’s.

haha ever so true…. When I was living in Tuscaloosa and moved off campus, my dad and I both called comcast to ask about different services and we always asked the same exact question such as “what comes with the double play” or something like that and seriously we got two totally different answers on everything and finally I got irritated and just told my dad to take over because they are just too stupid.

Ha!  Comcast and Customer Service should be an oxymoron…...

doesn’t matter, their customer service is horrible anyways and they should offer classes to these people that teach them about their services so they can actually know what they are talking about when someone asks them a question.
