A Mississippi woman is pleading not guilty to the 28 year old murder of a University of South Alabama student.
In a bond hearing yesterday, Jamie Letson's attorney, Chris Klotz, requested a bond reduction.
State prosecutors countered that request stating they believe Letson is a flight risk.
Letson is accused of murdering U.S.A Freshman Katherine Foster, back in 1980.
Judge Michael Youngpeter will not decide until next week whether to reduce Letson's half a million dollar bond.
A trial date has been set for May.

Letson is a sociopath. The reports of her longterm “Stalking” of her victim’s niece make the hairs on my neck stand up. You would think with her behavior over the years and proximity to the crime, she would have been investigated much earlier. ICK!
