Coast Guard Rescues Man From Cruise Ship

Alabama Mobile  A passenger aboard Carnival's 'Fantasy' started having chest pains about 270 miles south of Dauphin Island.

A man's cruise ended with a ride on a Coast Guard helicopter.

The 63-year-old passenger started having chest pains Sunday aboard the Carnival cruise ship Fantasy about 270 miles south of Dauphin Island. A crew member contacted the Coast Guard requesting a medevac.

Coast Guard Aviation Training Center Mobile launched an HH-60 rescue helicopter. They flew the man to USA Medical Center. His condition is unknown.
