Today it's lights out for a former electronics giant. Circuit city officially closes its doors today. The retailer had announced it was going out of business back in January. Today they were only selling furniture and fixtures. All electronics at the Mobile store had sold out Saturday. As consumers walk in looking for bargains, some may not miss the electronics chain.“Not really, Best Buy and other stores you have are comparable to Circuit City,” says customer Jeffrey Harris. Circuit City had been in business for 60 years. The chain had three locations in our area.
