Bayou la Batre Police tell News 5 they have no reason to believe that 4 children were killed before they were thrown off the Dauphin Island Bridge. We are expecting new information in a couple of hours about the investigation. Search crews from across the region are looking for the four children. Their father, Lam Luong is charged with Capital Murder. Police say he confessed to throwing them off the bridge Monday. The children were ages 3,2 1, and 4 months. News 5 has crews across South Mobile County. We will update this story as information becomes available.

I found an article that mentioned the local memorial fund but had to contact the main Compass Bank for the address where the fund is located. This is what I was given. You can contact them first by phone if you want to make sure it is still there and if you cannot send monetary gift, maybe just a sympathy card for the poor mother.

It is truly sad that people allow the devil to come into there minds and cause them to do the unthinkable. Those babies deserved a chance to live, but there short time on earth will not go unnotice. We all fall short at some point in time, but taking someone elses life that we have no right to take is ungodly and should be punish to maxium. Instead of judging that young man pray for him and his family. Especially pray for those babies that held on there journey back. My heart is saden that this young man didn’t try to find help with his problems. I pray that there bodies are found and given a proper resting place. We as Lovers of God/Jesus Christ need to uplift the people of this world, leaders, and from the lowest class on up. Get to know your neighbors and love your family. Help them out. Life is to short to spend it alone. God bless the world. I am a single mother of two kids and i love my kids dearly. Each day i hug them a little more especially with all that is going on.
