ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (AP) - A man ticketed only hours earlier was
speeding again on the same Orange Beach road, police said, when he
wrecked his vehicle, killing his passenger.
Police said 24-year-old Michael Kendall, of Pensacola, Fla., was
critically injured around 5:50 a.m. Saturday on Canal Road, and
47-year-old John Edward Dolan, of Orange Beach, was killed.
The 2000 Cadillac DeVille ran off the road and hit a concrete
utility pole.
Police said Kendall had been ticketed for speeding around 11:50
p.m. Friday only a few miles east of the crash scene.
Kendall was taken to the University of South Alabama Medical
Center in Mobile in critical condition.

You say it wasn’t his fault.  Who’s fault do you think it is.  It was definately his fault that this man died.  This was a stupid person to receive a ticket and then in the same night do the same thing again and kill someone.  This boy needs help and he will get it to - in jail.  I am sure drugs were involved and alcohol.

Was the older man that died a relative?

ok you are right I should have known the facts instead of RUMORS. I do apologize for not being correct and I do honestly hope your brother is getting better.I have heard he is in critical care and I am sorry. You are right to defend your brother and just remember when you read these comments people are responding to what the news and others are saying. None of us know what happened. I sympathize with your family and his wife. Hope all goes well.

look im this guys brother and b4 you think im in trying to tell you off im not a lot of you are correct but a few need to get facts straight b4 talking about people you dont know for starters… i have no clue how they got this photo but it was taken atleast four years ago and since then he has actually started to straighten up but as for his car it wasnt his fault he drove it his wife likes the other car more than the caddy but no he could hardly keep gas in it but you are right about the 19 mph in the ticket at 1150 he actually had just left my house but as for the other crash your wrong it was the next curve the giant one and as far as anyone knows even me this last one he could have hydroplaned it in which case it was an accident no one knows the details yet and bashing on someone who cant even defend them selves do to this exact thing you all should fell bad about what you are doing… im not defending him just asking to get facts straght b4 talking sh** ok??? its really not hard.

This is not the first wreck this boy has been in. The same curve and same pole and he almost killed his last passenger too.

Trust KX, she knows what a vehicle is worth. Somewhere I heard he was ticketed previously for speeding at 19MPH over the limit. We shall see about the equity in the law regarding killing your passenger while speeding.

OH MY GOD! HE WAS DRIVING A $3500 CAR!!!!
That means he MUST be a drug dealer!!!

You guys have lost touch with reality if (a) you think a Deville is a nice car (2) you think a $3500 car is expensive.

Rusty probably on speed ...driving a caddy…he don’t look like one to have a job that could support that kind of car…and drugs make you do crazy stuff.

the first curve going West on Canal past Beaver Creek

If they have a mug shot on file he must be a regular customer of the police department huh? Not actually driving a hot rod in a caddy seville either so speeding must just be his thing.
