Boyfriend Arrested In Stabbing Death

Alabama Murder A domestic disturbance call turns into a murder case when Atmore police find a woman stabbed in her home.

Police in Atmore have arrested 42-year-old Milton Simpson Jr. after his girlfriend, 32-year-old Teoria McNeal, was found stabbed in a home on Ashley street. The incident occured last night around 8:30 PM. Atmore police were responding to a domestic disturbance complaint when they found McNeal lying on the floor with a stab wound to her chest. McNeal was transported to Atmore Community Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police say the victim and Simpson Jr. were arguing before the incident occured. Simpson Jr. now faces murder charges. He was transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
