Bond Set At $50,000 For Shaken Baby Dad

Alabama Mobile  A Mobile judge set bond at $50000 for Johnny Killingsworth the Wilmer man accused of violently shaking his 2-month-old baby. The infant remains in critical condition.

A Mobile judge set bond at $50,000 for Johnny Killingsworth, the Wilmer man accused of violently shaking his 2-month-old baby.

Killingsworth brought his son Noah to the hospital Sunday night. Doctors called police after discovering symptoms of Shaken Baby Syndrome.

Noah remains listed in critical condition at USA Children and Women's Hospital.

If Killingsworth is able to bail out, he is not allowed to have any contact with his son.
