Killingsworth brought his son Noah to the hospital Sunday night. Doctors called police after discovering symptoms of Shaken Baby Syndrome.

Noah remains listed in critical condition at USA Children and Women's Hospital.

If Killingsworth is able to bail out, he is not allowed to have any contact with his son.
