A soldier with a bionic hand is the honorary game captain for Saturday's Senior Bowl in Mobile.

Staff Sergeant Russ Marek is an Army soldier who was severely wounded in Iraq in 2005. The tank he was in rolled over a bomb and he was one of few survivors.

Marek lost his arm, leg, ear and a thumb and suffers from brain damage. He is the recipient of a house from the group called Homes for Our Troops.

Then, the group invited him to come to Mobile from Melbourne, Florida and take part in the big game. Paul Marek says his son is on a long road to recovery but is a true test of the human spirit. "Russ is in a bigger fight than he's ever had to fight before and he's winning it. That's what's important. He's winning it."

Marek will be escorted by his dad and twin brother Todd to Ladd-Peebles Stadium. His bionic hand can spin an entire 360 degrees and he loves to show it off!
