After 91 years in business Bender is going bankrupt.The shipyard company filed for Chapter 11 today. Around 100 layoffs are reportedly expected. This comes after several creditors filed a petition saying Bender was not paying its debt.
The company's CEO says they will continue to function as a full service shipyard despite the layoffs.
