Orange Beach Halloween It’s a dress-up day for dogs and their owners to raise money for the Baldwin Animal Rescue Center.

ORANGE BEACH, Alabama - In Orange Beach Today, 10/31/09, Halloween went to the dogs as the Wharf hosted the second annual Howl-O-Ween... Nearly a 100 dogs faces off for best costume, best trick and there was also a look alike contest for dogs and their owners. Organizers say they were hoping to raise $1,000 for the Baldwin Animal Rescue Center.
