MOBILE, Alabama - While most of Mobile's attention was on Tropical Storm Ida's approach, at least one man had robbery on his mind.
Mobile police say a man walked into the Compass Bank on Government Boulevard, held his hand in his pocket as if he had a gun, passed a robbery note to a bank teller and told the teller to "hurry up".
The robber was last seen walking toward Azalea Road.
He's described as being in his 20's, 6' tall, weighing 150-160 pounds, wearing a skull cap, old sneakers and blue Dickies coveralls.
If you recognize him, contact Mobile Police at 208-7211 or Crimestoppers at 208-7000.
