A Baldwin County mother is behind bars, charged with child endangerment.
Sheriff's deputies arrested Anastasia Hartnett Monday night.
Hartnett's grandmother called the Sheriff's Office saying she was concerned about the welfare of her great-grandchildren.
Investigators say Hartnett appeared to be on some type of narcotic and was intoxicated when when a deputy arrived at her Lillian home to investigate.
The three children are now in the custody of their great-grandmother. The Department of Human Resources is investigating.
