Margaret Long lost in the primary to Angie Swiger, but some votes were not cast in that race.
Baldwin County Probate Judge Adrian Johns tells News 5 that 87 voters at the Foley Civic Center and 55 in Magnolia Springs were eligible to vote in the District 5 School Board race. Judge Johns says they were not given the correct ballot.
Margaret Long lost the election by 65 votes. Her challenge will go before the county elections committee.
The public hearing will be scheduled between now and next Monday. The media is invited and we'll keep you posted.
