RUSSELLVILLE, Ala. (AP) - A Russellville teen has been charged
with sodomy for abusing a girl he had been hired to baby sit.
Franklin County District Attorney Joey Rushing said 19-year-old
Jeffrey Lovelace faces two counts of first-degree sodomy, a Class A felony.
The indictment was issued Jan. 5.
Lovelace is accused of forcing a child under 10 to engage in a
sex act in Feb. 2005.
The allegations surfaced in June 2008 when the child's parents
informed police.
Lovelace posted a $10,000 bond and was released from jail.

$1,000 & this perv will get out! dew26m to me you are the better person. any parent should shoot someone for sexually abusing their innocent child! like ya said he’ll be out in a couple of years just to abuse a new victim! shooting is too nice burn him @ the stake!

Ms. Bobbitt, paging Lorena Bobbitt.

I’m sorry, but this little girl’s parents are better people than me. If I’d found out this happened to ANY of my children, the culprits biggest hope had better be the police found out first. Cause I’ll be damned if I’d expect the US Justice System to avenge an assault on my kid. They’d just let him back out to do it again in about a year or two.
