Baby Ella Released From Hospital

Geneva Shooting Ella Myers the 3-month-old victim in the Alabama shooting rampage is out of the hospital.

The 3-month-old baby girl wounded during the shooting rampage in Southeast Alabama on Tuesday, is out of the hospital. Ella Myers was released last night from Sacred Heart Children's Hospital in Pensacola. She underwent surgery Wednesday to remove a tiny piece of shrapnel and a blood clot in her leg. Ella is the youngest daughter of Geneva County Sheriff's Deputy Josh Myers. His wife and 1-year-old were killed in the shooting spree. In total, 11 people were killed in the assault, including the shooter, himself.

She is one blessed little girl. My thoughts and prayers go out to her father and brother and I hope one day she will know how many people have prayed for her family and all the others who have been affected by this horrible tragedy.

So innocent and so trusting, she is such a beautiful baby. She had a guardian angel in her neighbor who rescued her from all of the blood shed. Get well Baby Ella.
