ATM SCAM INVESTIGATIONThe Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is investigating a scam that allowed someone to steal both the ATM card number and PIN numbers of customers using a Bank of America ATM machine on the corner of Eglin Parkway and Yacht Club Drive during the weekends of November 8 and November 15th.
Investigators are working with security officers from the Bank of America to determine exactly how the thieves were able to obtain the information. To date, the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office has received reports from eleven individuals believed affected.
