Because they dont have to tell his lawyer or him anything and that lawyer knows that…its just a play on words to the public. He wants to try and say anything to help his client look good. They will get the evidence that will be used in court when HE files for discovery…thats when the State will turn over the evidence to him to be viewed.

Question   The lawyer said the Daphne Police did not present them with any evidence that linked TRoy to the Death of Brianna. Why? just a discussion.

The briannabond.com website will hopefully be up & running soon. There have been some changes in the hosting of the website so that’s thrown a little bit of a wrench into things. If I can find out an approximate date of when the site will go live, I’ll let everyone know.

One more thing Bri did not do drugs, I was around her alot and I can remember one instance that we were with some people who were smoking pot and she said you want to leave and we all said yes!!! She didnt even want to be around people who did it! so why would she do it?

I rememeber the first time I met Bri, I met her throught my friend L.S., and I thought OMG this girl is so dingy. But she turned out to be one of the coolest, funniest people I have ever been friends with. I was talking with my friend the other day about Bri and we were laughing at all the stupid stuff we did. We spent just about every free chance we got, which was every weekend, 2 summers ( I have only known her for 2 years) ago at the beach with her when she lived down there, and then when she moved to mobile, i lived on old shell like 10 minutes from her and Mirandas house, we have so many memories I will never forget, and i will never forget her. She was loved by everyone, I can never bring myself to go to Bayhouse ever again, and I start to tear up every time I pass her street. I could make you all roll laughing with some of the things we did. I still have her text message of her asking me to come out with her that night, but I had to work the next day so I couldn’t. Love you Bri!
