Another Man Arrested For Murdering Beluah Couple

Pensacola Byrd Billings  New developments Monday night in the murders of Byrd and Melanie Billings of Beluah Florida. A fourth person has been arrested and charged. Investigators are still looking for three other men.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office released details of another suspect arrested in the Billings Murder Case. Gary Lamont Sumner, 30, was arrested in Okaloosa County after being identified during a random traffic stop, and faces an open count of murder. Sumner is the fourth arrest made in the Billings’ Murder case, along with Leonard Patrick Gonzalez Sr., Leonard Patrick Gonzalez II, and Wayne Thomas Coldiron.

Four out of a total of seven suspected individuals are currently in custody. Three persons of interest, two black males and one white male, are still being sought by authorities. One of the persons of interest’s identity is currently know to investigators and an arrest is expected in the near future.

Regardless of their nationality or race,these ought to be an outstanding example on how to respond to such a brutal and pityless attack on a family and a prime example for the death penalty on a shorten appeals process after they are convicted.

I don’t understand. What in the world were these jerks exactly after? What riches do they think this family of 18 had that was worth robbing them for? They had 16 children!!!! I HIGHLY doubt they kept a safe full of millions! This just ain’t right.

I could see the confussion given only the last names from this article. But the Gonzalez’s looked to be as white as me…:)

It seems that most of the perps were of a different race than the victims so maybe they should be calling this a hate crime.  You can bet if it was the other way around they would be calling it that.
