
Ms. Charlotte makes a splash at water aerobics several times per week. She says the water allows her move her muscles and joints better than she can on land. Instructor Linda Baldwin says it's rare for Miss Charlotte miss a class. "She inspires everybody here. She is so consistent and strong. We are real proud of her."
When asked what her secret to staying healthy in her 91 years is... Ms. Charlotte credits her faith. "I think the Lord has taken care of me. I try to do what he wants me to do."
No doubt, Miss Charlotte is an inspiration to everyone in her water aerobics class, and a reminder to all of us to stay active.
