Alabama Fugitive Caught In Virginia

Virginia Us Marshals  U.S. Marshals say they have captured a man they say is wanted in Alabama on sex charges.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - A Birmingham man wanted on charges
related to the sexual abuse of two children has been captured by
federal marshals in Virginia.
U.S. Marshal C. Martin Keely says 31-year-old Jonathan Paul
Marshal has been wanted in Alabama since February on charges of
sexual abuse, sodomy, rape and failure to appear.
He says marshals from Alabama and Virginia found Marshal last
week in a trailer in Harrisonburg, Va., where he was staying.
Authorities also found a laptop at the scene that had been stolen
in Alabama.
Marshal was taken to the Rockingham County Jail in Harrisonburg
where he awaits his return to Birmingham.
