A Spanish Fort man accused of hitting two cyclists with his truck on Labor Day is now out of jail.

Prosecutors say Patrick Ballard was drunk and speeding when he crashed Bill Imle and Art Clemmons, Jr. on Bromley Road near Stapleton. Both men were killed instantly. Alabama State Troopers say Ballard didn't negotiate a curve, hit the men and was thrown from his vehicle.

Ballard was released Wednesday from the Baldwin County Jail after posting a $300,000 bond.

Give him the needle.

This guy is another example that needs to be taken out back and dealt with.

What happened to no bail?  Bikers stay off the road he will do it again!

I am sure the families of Bill Imle and Art Clemmons, Jr. wish they could come home for Mothers Day too.  I can not wait to see this finally go to trail.  I hope they seek the death penality in this case.    He has killed 3 people now and should be punished.
