Accident Claims 2 Lives On Ramsey Road

Alabama State Troopers have released the names of two men who were killed in a one vehicle accident Friday night on Ramsey Road in Mobile County.
20 year old Joseph Miller and 17 year old Billy Miller died when the truck they were riding in crashed just north of Interstate 10.
Witnesses say the driver, 29 year old Carl Miller, was trying to pass another vehicle when he lost control and struck a tree.
Miller and another passenger, 19 year old jason Everett of Mobile were taken to the USA Medical Center for treatment.

Were these brothers?  This is so sad.  Was Carl Miller charged in the death of these two men?  What is the condition of the two survivors?
