There's doesn't seem to be a bust after the boom of fireworks sales on July 5th, 2009. The manager of Shelton Fireworks in Robertsdale says it was a pretty good 4th for them. He says sales were up compared to where they were last year. Some crates were nearly empty of some of the more popular small fireworks like sparklers. Organizers say this fourth of July had perfect timing.“People were trying to stay a little bit closer to home do something in the back yard with the family and also it was on a Saturday,” says manager Ethan Snedigar. The manager says they expected strong sales today as people left for other states.
