5 Year Old Goes For Joyride in Grandma’s Truck

New York Mobile CHECK OUT THE VIDEO. A litte boy in Jamestown NY got in his grandma's pick-up truck and took it for a spin. It was caught on a surveillance camera nearby.

At witness says it's a miracle that the 5 year old boy wasn't seriously injured, or even killed. You can see in the surveillance footage, a 5-year-old boy runs out to his grandmother's truck. He's able to turn the ignition an start the car even though he didn't have a key. The wipers turn on. Followed by a blinker, and then the headlights. A driver in another van pulls up beside the young boy in the truck. The driver wondered what such a small boy was doing in the driver's seat of a truck. It was much later that the boy peeled out of the parking lot, side-swiping a nearby sedan. The boy circled the parking lot and came back towards the woman in the van. She had to quickly drive off before getting hit herself. The boy ended up jumping a curb and the truck went careening over a 12-foot embankment and smashed into a brick house. The truck was totaled, but the young boy was ok.

Well not to be rude but if you guys would have watched the video the grandmother didn’t leave the child ALONE in the vehicle he came outside and got into it by hisself!

Maybe the DA in Mobile can get NY to charge the grandmother will something. After all she is an adult and should know better than to leave a child alone in a vehical.
