A secret grand jury has returned an indictment against Lam Luong, the man accused of of throwing his four children off of the Dauphin Island Bridge. Luong has been indicted on 5 counts of capital murder. One count for each of the four children, and a fifth count for the children collectively.
Police say the 37-year-old Luong threw his four children off the bridge in January. After a two-week-long search, the bodies of 4-month-old Danny, 1-year-old Lindsey, 2-year-old Hannah, and 3-year-old Danny were all recovered. We'll have the latest tonight on News Five at 5 and 6.
