This woman was trying to get protection from this guy and wound up dead before any action was taken.  That seems like a redundant theme here in Mobile.

this type of crime (crime of passion) is not a black on black crime…it happens to more & more women every day & sometimes even to the husbands…although b.o.b crime is on the rise-this does not fit into that category. it seems almost every month there is some guy who takes his entire family ( and they’re usually white). but i do agree that the black leaders need to make that speech again because this generation of young blacks def needs to hear it! i get tired of hearing about senseless killings, drug deals, and overall stupid crimes committed by the young blacks in society today.

I totally agree with you that all ethnic backgrounds kill or get killed. I just disagree when certain Associations opinions are plastered all over the news when they turn a killing into a “Race Issue”. I just don’t understand if NAACP, JJ and AL S. why do they not speak up again more black on black crimes such as this one.
I am not saying they should be here on this case but as a whole across the nation. It seems the only time you see them is when like I said they can turn it into a “Race Thing”.

People of all ethnic backgrounds kill or get killed in domestic violence cases.  Not sure I understand the point you are trying to make.

My original point was that we see something like this in the news one day and then there never seems to be a follow-up.  In this case they apparently caught the killer red-handed, which is a small degree of closure.

On the other hand, two Hispanic women were killed assassination style in front of their children during the middle of the day a few weeks ago.  Nothing has been written about that case since.  That means that there is a killer, or killers out there that could be waiting to do this again one afternoon.  Yet, the general public has been told nothing about the status of the investigation.

OK, I will try this without sounding racist. We see this type of thing more and more these days, Black on Black crime’s. They seem to out number any “White on Black or Black on White” crimes by a long shot. Had this been a mixed race shooting chances are the NAACP would have been all over this. Why doesn’t JJ, Al S or the NAACP stand up for the two victoms in this case? I guess the above associations are only around to stand up for the black community when they can make a Race issue out of something, other than that its ok for them to kill themselves off. It’s Sad!

I was only assuming the Ex and Boyfriend were black as well since it never showed a past picture of either but I could be wrong.

Good thing they caught him coming out the back door, or we would never have heard anymore about this.
